Using the Traditional Method of sparkling wine making, this wine has undergone a labour intensive process of secondary fermentation in the bottle- giving the wine every opportunity to put its best foot forward. Its fine bubbles, soft citrus and melon notes, give it a well balanced a n refreshing palate. It is light in length, and a very easy and versatile sparkling wine to enjoy.

Pairs well with a variety of dishes, such as grilled seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes. It's also an excellent wine to enjoy on its own, while enjoying a beautiful sunset or a cozy night at home.
